Absolutely. Meaningful, personal music is something we actively build into every special occasion event. Whether it's a song from your parents' wedding, a family anthem, or a track that only makes sense to the people in that room, we deliberately work it into the set. Just share it with us during the planning process and we'll make sure it lands the right way at the right moment.
How involved can I be in building the playlist and timeline?
As involved as you want to be. Some clients come to us with a detailed song list and a minute-by-minute timeline. Others share a general vibe and trust us to fill in the rest. Both approaches work, and everything in between does too. We follow your level of direction rather than asking you to follow ours.
Do you coordinate with other vendors like event planners, caterers, or venue coordinators?
Yes, and we recommend it. Before your event, we connect with your event planner, venue coordinator, and any other key vendors to align on the timeline, cue points, and logistics. Good vendor coordination is what turns a good event into a seamless one. If you don't have an event planner, we work directly with you and your venue contact to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for our venue?
Yes. Booker Entertainment carries full liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue upon request. Most Las Vegas hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, and private event spaces require vendor insurance documentation before approving setup. We'll have it ready well before your event date.
How far in advance should I book for a special occasion?
For larger events like quinceañeras, milestone anniversary parties, and formal celebrations, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. Intimate private gatherings can often be accommodated with 4 to 8 weeks' notice. Las Vegas is a busy city year-round, so if you have a firm date, reaching out sooner rather than later is always the right move.
