Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle ceremony music as well as the reception?

Yes. We can provide music and sound for the full wedding: pre-ceremony background music, processional, recessional, cocktail hour, and the complete reception from grand entrance through last dance. We handle all of it as a single, coordinated event, so there's no handoff or gap in your timeline.

Can you work with a wedding coordinator or planner?

Absolutely. We take pleasure in working closely with the wedding coordinators you choose. Before your wedding, we'll connect with your coordinator to review the timeline, confirm cue points, and coordinate any special moments. On the day, we take our cues from the coordinator, so you never have to relay information between vendors yourself.

How do we share our music preferences and do-not-plays?

After booking, you'll receive a detailed wedding questionnaire that covers your first dance song, parent dances, processional and recessional selections, must-play requests, and your do-not-play list. We build your entire night around that input, and we welcome as much or as little direction as you want to give.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for our venue?

Yes. Booker Entertainment carries full liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue upon request. Most Las Vegas hotel ballrooms, resorts, and event spaces require vendor insurance documentation. We'll have it ready before your event.

How far in advance should we book for a wedding?

For Saturday weddings and peak Las Vegas wedding dates (especially spring and fall), we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. Weekday and Sunday weddings can often be accommodated with 3 to 6 months' notice. Popular dates fill quickly, so check availability as soon as you have your venue and date confirmed.

Do you offer packages that include a photo booth?

Definitely! Our most popular wedding package bundles DJ services with a digital photo booth rental, saving you money compared to booking separately. The photo booth delivers every photo instantly to guests' phones via text or email. Couples love it for the guest experience, and it gives you a second set of candid memories from the night. Ask about wedding bundles when you request your quote.
